Returns Policy

1. **Return Policy**: You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Product must be unused and in pristine condition with unopened packaging.

2. **Return procedure**:

- Contact our support team by e-mail or phone to return the product.

- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

- Post the returned product to the specified address.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

3. **Return Fees**: Return fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or delivered in error.

4. **Return Control**: We will inspect the returned product and, if it is in the condition we received, the product will be refunded immediately.

5. **Denial of return**: No return is made if..

- The product is damaged or used.

- The product is made only for you, taking into account your wishes.

Shipping

1. **Delivery Time**: Delivery time depends on the place of delivery of the order and the type/quantity of the product ordered. Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days. Expedited delivery service is available for an additional fee.

2. **Delivery Fee**: The delivery fee includes only the delivery of the order to the place of delivery and it depends on the weight and size of the order, as well as the place of delivery and the speed of delivery.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

3. **Estimated Time**: A notification will be provided after your order has been placed, indicating the delivery time and the status of the delivered goods.

4. **Delivery restrictions**: Delivery service is available only in the territory of Georgia. International shipping is not available.
